医療機関等の経営再建における経営参謀として、業績管理（P/L・B/S管理、経営戦略のKPI管理、モニタリング）を行い、経営課題の分析とアクションプランの策定を現場のターンアラウンドチームと協働で実施します。新規施設の立ち上げにおいては、マーケット調査、事業計画策定、経営資源の手配、行政との折衝、進捗管理等を担当し、投資家や金融機関向けの説明資料の作成とプレゼンテーションも行います。医療・介護分野に特化した経営コンサルティング業務として、病院や介護施設の経営改善と事業再生を推進し、地域医療の発展に貢献する重要な役割を担います。Company Info
