野村證券のデジタル・カンパニーにおいて、594万口座の富裕層顧客を対象としたデジタルマーケティング業務を担当します。具体的には、OneStockや野村の資産運用アプリNOMURA、セキュリティートークン施策などの既存・新規サービスのマーケティング戦略立案から実行まで一気通貫で推進します。データ分析結果に基づいた顧客セグメントごとのマーケティング施策の立案・実行、既存顧客の取引活性化と満足度向上施策の推進、顧客課題に基づいたMA（マーケティングオートメーション）の企画推進を行います。また、野村グループ各部門のマーケティング課題に対する施策推進も担当し、プロダクト戦略に基づくマーケティング戦略の立案と実行推進を通じて、個別顧客にカスタマイズされたサービス提供を実現します。Company Info
