Job Summary

BI活用のスペシャリストとして、MUFG/三菱UFJ銀行のデータドリブン経営をリードする役割を担います。主な業務は、データ利活用案件の推進として社内向けBIコンサルティングやTableauを用いたダッシュボードの企画・開発を行い、経営層から現場まで様々なビジネス課題の解決や業務改善を支援します。また、データ利活用人材の育成として、ダッシュボード作成支援や社内向け研修の実施により、全社員がBIツールを活用したデータ分析と意思決定ができるカルチャーの醸成をリードします。デジタル戦略統括部の一員として、全社的なデジタル基盤の整備やAIソリューション提供の知見を活用し、ビジネス部門および本部各部のDX推進を支援・牽引する役割も担当します。
