Job Summary

金融工学、統計、機械学習等を活用した定量分析を通じて、上場・非上場企業や富裕層顧客の事業・財務に関する意思決定を支援します。具体的には、資本構成最適化、格付分析、資本コスト分析、転換社債・種類株式等のメザニン調達商品の分析・設計、事業リスク分析、事業ポートフォリオ最適化、ESG/SDGs/人的資本施策の企業価値への影響の定量評価、行動経済学やレコメンドモデルを活用したマーケティング戦略の立案などを行います。IB部門や営業部門と連携し、PythonやRなどのプログラミング言語を用いて分析モデルを構築し、顧客への提案から実装まで一貫して担当します。また、新規ビジネスコンテンツの開発や、大学との共同研究、学会活動、論文執筆なども積極的に推進します。
