野村グループの全社横断組織においてAIを活用した金融ビジネスの立上げと推進を担当します。主な業務として、各部門と連携しAI活用によるビジネス拡大や生産性向上に関するニーズ・課題を可視化し、それらに対するAIソリューションの企画・プロジェクト化を行います。具体的には、要件定義から開発、保守に至るまでの一連のプロジェクトマネジメント、新規AIプロダクト・サービスの企画・開発、OpenAI等のAPIを活用したシステム構築を担当します。また、各部門のビジネス戦略立案にも携わり、594万口座の富裕層顧客に対してカスタマイズされたデジタルサービスの提供を支援します。20人以上のステークホルダーとの調整や提案活動も重要な業務の一つです。Company Info
