Job Summary
DX・AIデータ利活用人材育成コンサルタントとして、企業のデータ活用人材育成支援を行います。主な業務は、顧客企業の人材育成方針やニーズをヒアリングし、それに基づいた研修プログラムやカリキュラムの企画・設計を行うことです。具体的には、AI/DX推進に向けた研修コンテンツの企画設計、カリキュラムテキストや動画コンテンツの作成、ワークショップやコンペを含む総合的な人材育成プログラムの開発を担当します。また、企業研修では100社78,000名以上、公開講座では2,000名以上の実績を持つサービスにおいて、年4回開催される社会人向けデータサイエンティスト入門講座の企画・運営も行います。研修実施後は効果測定を行い、コンテンツの改善提案も実施します。必要に応じて研修講師として登壇することもあり、ITやデータサイエンス領域の専門知識を活かして、顧客企業のAI/DX戦略推進と人材育成を通じた組織変革を支援します。Company Info
