証券プラットフォームBaaSおよび保険プラットフォームInspireを活用した金融サービスの構築、スクラッチからの新規サービス開発のプロジェクトマネジメントを担当します。具体的には、数十人月から100人月規模のプロジェクト全体の統括マネジメント、リスク管理、パートナー企業とのサービス企画や要件定義などの上流工程、リレーションシップマネジメント、エンジニアやディレクターとのコミュニケーションを通じた内製開発マネジメント、Bizdevチームと連携したプリセールスやビジネスプランニング、サービス稼働後のプロダクトアップデートを行います。モダンなクラウド環境でDevOpsやSREの知見を持つ開発チームと共にプロジェクトを推進し、サービス提供者としてQCDを遵守しながら、プラットフォーマーとしてビジネスおよびシステムの両面で中長期的な視点での提案・実行も求められます。Company Info
