海上自衛隊向け護衛艦に搭載されるレーダシステムのプロジェクト管理およびシステム設計業務を担当します。電波制御技術、航跡予測技術、ネットワーク技術、表示制御技術など複数の先端技術を融合した大規模統合システムの設計・構築に携わり、仕様策定から試験、納入後の運用支援まで一貫して関与します。社内の研究所や各技術部門と連携しながら、数十億円規模のプロジェクトを推進し、関係機関との調整、開発工程管理、品質・納期・技術的完成度の確保、予算管理やコスト最適化を行います。顧客との技術折衝や提案活動、造船所での出張作業、艦艇への搭載試験なども含まれ、Linux、C/C++、MATLAB等の開発環境を使用します。Company Info
