防衛事業における陸上・海上自衛隊向けセンサシステムの設計及びプロジェクト管理を担当します。具体的には、車両・航空機搭載の火器管制システムやレーダシステムの開発において、量産機種のプロジェクト管理として顧客調整、社内工程管理、製造中止部品のモニタリング等の維持設計業務を行います。また、新機種開発では国内外の技術動向調査、顧客ニーズの収集、社内開発計画の立案と推進、防衛省・自衛隊への提案・調整業務を実施します。制御技術、光学技術、画像処理技術、レーダ技術、磁気センサ技術等の要素技術を活用し、国の安全を守る重要インフラの維持・拡充に貢献する業務です。Company Info
