Job Summary
次世代イメージセンサー開発における半導体ユニットプロセス構築およびプロセス設計シミュレーション業務を担当します。具体的には、リソグラフィ、ドライエッチング、成膜、洗浄、ダイシング、研削などの多岐にわたるユニットプロセス技術領域において、新規装置や新規材料（前工程、カラーフィルタ、レンズ用レジスト、研磨スラリー等）の導入、新規プロセスの立ち上げを行います。また、プラズマ、流体、ウエハプロセス設計等のシミュレーションを活用し、デバイス構造を実現するために必要なプロセスフロー構築を担当します。ソニーの裏面照射型や積層型イメージセンサーなどの差異化技術開発において、次世代のイメージセンサーを支える基幹技術の創出がミッションとなります。Company Info
