Job Summary
製造業顧客向けのAI外観検査システムの電気制御エンジニアとして、AI外観検査ラインの電気系統・制御開発を担当します。カメラやX線検査装置からのインプットを受けてAIによる画像検査を行うシステムにおいて、検査結果に基づくセンサ類や搬送系のPLC制御により良品・不良品の振り分けを実現します。具体的には、顧客要望やシステム構成、検査方式を理解した上で、電気・制御系統の構想設計、ハードウェア回路図および電気回路図の解析・設計、PLCのラダープログラミングによる制御プログラムの開発実装を行います。また、電気部品・制御機器・センサ類のサプライヤーからの調達、協力会社やベンダーへの発注・管理、製造現場でのライン立ち上げ・調整作業まで一貫して担当し、自社営業や機械設計者と協力しながらプロジェクトを推進します。Company Info
