Job Summary
モバイル向けセンサー（イメージング/センシング）の新商品開発プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）およびプロジェクトリーダー（PL）の補佐として、開発タスクの提携業務代行、スケジュール管理、レビュー会議のアレンジなどのサポート業務を担当します。また、SCMチームと連携し、開発に関わるモノとお金の流れに対する指示書作成やサンプル出荷対応のサポートを実施します。さらに、QMS（品質マネジメントシステム）を意識した業務フロー改善案の検討と実行、新規業務フロー構築時の関係部署との連携調整を行います。複数のプロジェクトを横断的に管理することで、課題の共通性を見出し、全体最適化を図りながら、開発プロセスの効率化と品質向上に貢献します。
