Job Summary

VPoEとして、AIエージェント「Cataris」の開発組織の立ち上げと技術戦略の推進を担当します。具体的には、エンジニアチームを0から3〜5名規模に拡大し、採用から育成、評価制度の設計、開発プロセスの確立を行います。技術面では、MVP/PoCを商用レベルに引き上げ、安定稼働とスケール可能な状態を実現するとともに、生成AI機能の検証・実装を高速で進め、顧客フィードバックを迅速に反映します。また、CEOと並走しながら技術視点での事業判断をサポートし、投資家や顧客への技術説明を通じて信頼性向上に貢献します。AWS/GCP/Azureなどのクラウド基盤、CI/CD、モニタリング、セキュリティ対応などのDevOps実務も担当し、化学・材料科学分野に特化したAIエージェントの技術基盤を構築します。将来的にはCTOへのキャリアパスも見据えた、技術組織全体のリーダーシップを発揮する重要なポジションです。
