Job Summary
AMR(自律移動ロボット)のメカトロニクス開発において、機構・筐体設計から量産立ち上げまでを担当します。具体的には、SolidWorksを用いた3D CADによるシャシーやマニピュレータ周辺機構の設計、FEAや熱解析による構造最適化を行います。また、プロトタイプ製作から治具設計、量産図面作成、ベンダー折衝まで幅広く携わり、EMC・安全規格適合試験の計画・実行も担当します。さらに、モータやセンサの選定、ケーブルハーネス設計など電気・制御チームとの連携業務、品質指標策定やFMEAによる故障モード分析、修理マニュアル作成などの品質保証業務も行います。ROS2環境での制御システムとの統合や、クライアントへの技術提案・要件定義などの顧客対応業務も重要な役割となります。Company Info
