① 農薬の研究開発 有効性、安全性、環境適合性に優れた農薬を、使いやすく且つ性能を生かす製剤技術とともに生産者に提供する ② バイオスティミュラントの研究開発 食料増産に係る新規分野の資材を開発し、生産者に提供する ●具体的な業務 ① 農薬としての開発品、導入品に対して生物評価業務（病害虫を用いた評価）を行う ② 外部の研究機関等が見出した素材を製品化するための生物評価業務（作物生育への影響等）を行う ・自身の生物評価の結果で開発テーマ・プロジェクトの方向性や進退が決まってくるため、自分の意見が方針に反映されやすく、影響力が大きい ・幅広い開発業務に携わることができる（市場調査・現場のニーズ確認から、開発業務、その後の拡販まで） ・自分のペースで仕事を進めることができる 入社後はまず、生物評価業務に携わっていただき、評価技術を習得していただきます。同時に、市場ニーズのとらえ方や薬剤開発の流れなど、経験を積みながらマーケットの理解を深めていただきます。スキルと知識を身につけた後は、アグロ研究所内にとどまらず、事業部内の他の組織や分野でも活躍できる可能性が広がります。生物評価のスペシャリストとしてのキャリアを築くことも可能です。Company Info
