子どもの未来にワクワクをとどけるわたしたちは「子どもの未来にワクワクをとどける」をミッションに、学校支援システムの開発・販売・導入サポートを行う会社です。 - 多忙な先生の業務の効率化を実現する校務支援システム - 保護者向け情報発信ツール - 子どもの心と学びの記録・振り返り支援システムなど、学校全体の活動を支援するサービスを提供し、情報を繋げることで、学校に関わるすべての人に元気をとどけます。 ◎導入校数は、全国の小中学校の“3校に1校”である10,000校を突破 ◎2019年に高校向け学習プラットフォームを提供する「Classi」と戦略的パートナーシップを締結。ベネッセグループにグループイン。業務内容自社教育DXサービスの開発をお任せします。実装はパートナー企業に依頼しているため、主に設計フェーズ以上を担当いただきます。【具体的には】 - 要件定義 - 製品の設計・検証・保守業務 - 各製品との連携を考慮した製品設計 - 受け入れ確認 - 協力会社との調整・管理 - 新機能・既存機能の企画・提案 ◎今後のキャリアとして、プロジェクトリーダーを目指していくことも可能です。その場合は下記もお任せしていきます。 - システム開発全般（企画、要件定義、設計、検証、リリース、保守） - プロジェクトのリード - 各種製品との連携を目的とし、他部署及び他社との調整・管理 - 開発協力会社との調整・管理 - 開発組織・開発プロセスの改善施策の策定及び実行【本ポジションの魅力ややりがい】新規事業にも携わるため、当社らしさをより感じることのできるポジションです。開発したサービスが「世の中に価値を提供している」ことを実感することができます。
