私たちは、畜産農家の方々の経営をサポートするために、「U-motion®（ユーモーション）」というプロダクトを開発＆提供をしています。 「U-motion®」は、牛の行動・状態を24時間記録し、データとして蓄積するセンサーで、病気・発情・起立困難などのイベントをリアルタイムで農家の方に通知します。これにより、農家の方々の負担軽減と安定した牧場経営に貢献します。 「日本の食を支えている畜産農家の役に立ちたい」という思いから2016年にデザミスを立ち上げました。 これからは畜産関係者が連携して業務を行うことができる「U-motion Platform」の提供を進め、牛にも、人にも、地球にも優しい持続可能な畜産の実現と、畜産業界全体のさらなる発展に貢献する企業を目指します。 デザミスではフルリモートワークを導入しており、Slack、Github、Github Issuesなどを駆使して業務を行っています。AIエディタ「Windsurf」を全エンジニアに標準支給し、AIをエンジニアの能力を拡張するパートナーと位置づけています。 家庭との両立が可能で、有給取得率も業界高水準です。また、（被扶養者を含む）インフルエンザワクチン接種補助もあります。Company Info
