【会社概要】 ・より軽量でコンパクト、よりパワフルで、安全な次世代リチウムイオン電池を開発し、その大規模製造技術を確立して商用化に向かっている電池製造スタートアップ ・世界中の電池メーカーから集結したレベルの高いエンジニアやグローバルな経営・事業開発チームと切磋琢磨できる ・グローバル基準の倫理規範と労働スタイル、社内での英語使用頻度の高さ ・純粋に個人の能力とTWTで出すアウトプットに応じたシリコンバレー水準の報酬体系 (年功序列、学歴、資格、等不問) ・技術開発以外の雑務は外注や自動化で極力減らし、技術開発に多くの時間を注力できる環境 ■ メイン業務 ＜人事・組織課題対応＞ ・従業員からの相談対応（人間関係、ハラスメント、休職など） ・組織課題の抽出と人事施策の立案・実行 ・他部署との連携による制度運用・改善 ・エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・運用 ・人事規程・就業規則の整備と運用 ＜カルチャー醸成・社内施策＞ ・社内イベントの企画・実施（全社総会、懇親会、表彰制度など） ・サーベイの実施・分析・改善提案 ・1on1制度やカルチャー醸成に関する施策立案・運用 ・社内コミュニケーションの活性化支援 ＜採用・オンボーディング支援＞ ・募集要項作成、媒体管理、ATS（採用管理システム）運用 ・応募者対応（書類選考、面接調整、合否連絡など） ・入社準備、オリエンテーション実施、試用期間中のフォロー面談 ・採用ブランディングや候補者体験向上施策の推進 ＜人事・労務関連＞ ・勤怠・給与・社会保険などのオペレーション対応 ・年末調整、労働保険、衛生委員会などの年次イベント運営 ・福利厚生制度の運用および改善提案 ・派遣社員・業務委託契約の管理・対応 ・人事規程・就業規則の管理・整備 ・従業員からの人事関連相談対応 ■ サブ業務 ＜総務・庶務関連業務＞ ・備品・消耗品の管理、購買申請対応 ・郵送物・来客・電話対応、座席配置の調整 ・オフィス環境整備や業者手配、社内インフラに関するベンダー対応 ＜その他＞ ・上記に関連する業務プロセスの整備と改善提案 ・チームメンバーのサポート業務 ・スタートアップの成長フェーズに応じて発生する関連業務全般Company Info
