【TeraWattについて】 ・より軽量でコンパクト、よりパワフルで、安全な次世代リチウムイオン電池を開発し、その大規模製造技術を確立して商用化に向かっている電池製造スタートアップ ・世界中の電池メーカーから集結したレベルの高いエンジニアやグローバルな経営陣、事業開発チームと切磋琢磨できる ・グローバル基準の倫理規範と労働スタイル、社内での英語使用頻度の高さ ・技術開発以外の雑務は外注、意思決定の効率化、自動化で極力減らし、技術開発に多くの時間を注力できる環境 ・当社はITシステムをコアの強みと考えており、内製システムと外販システムをスマートに組み合わせることで最適なシステムを構築していきたいです。 【本ポジションについて】 ・当社は次世代電池の開発・製造を行うスタートアップとして、量産準備段階にあります。 ・高品質の電池を効率よく生産するためのITシステムの整備を進めています。試作品のライン生産体制や、複数モデルを並行して開発・製造できる柔軟な仕組みの構築が求められています。 ・本ポジションでは、市販システムの導入・運用を通じて、変化の多い開発製造プロセスを支えるデジタル基盤を構築し、製造DXをリードしていただきます。 【業務内容】 ・PLM、SCM、QMSなど市販システムの導入検討・要件定義・設計・ベンダー選定・管理 ・内製システム（例：自社MES）とのAPI連携、業務フロー統合を考慮した製品選定 ・導入スピードや小規模チームでの保守効率を重視した市販システム選定・導入支援、必要に応じて外部ベンダーの活用 ・複数モデル生産・頻繁な設計変更を前提とした柔軟なシステム運用設計 ・内製システムPdM業務のサポート（要件整理、ユーザーインタビュー、改善提案のフィードバック等） ・各部門（製造、品質、開発、SCMなど）と連携したユースケース理解とプロセス最適化 ・PoC企画・小規模実証からのスケール展開推進
