当社では、電力サービスの顧客管理、太陽光発電・家庭用蓄電池・ポータブル電源・EV・家電などをつなぎエネルギーマネジメント（制御・自動化）、データを可視化する、といった機能を持つ全社統一のデジタルプラットフォームの構築を進めています。 PjMは、プロジェクト全体の運営をサポートし、リスク管理やリソース調整、プロジェクトマネジメント手法の標準化などを担います。プロジェクトの管理・監視・支援を担当し、プロジェクトが計画通りに進行するようサポートする役割です。 〈業務詳細〉 1）プロジェクトマネジメントサポート プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、リソース配分、スケジュール調整など、プロジェクトマネージャーのサポートを行います。 プロジェクトの目的や成果物を明確にし、チーム全体の目標達成に向けた進行管理を行います。 2）プロジェクトポートフォリオ管理 組織全体のプロジェクトポートフォリオを監視し、各プロジェクトの優先順位やリソースの調整を行います。 ポートフォリオ全体の進捗状況を定期的にレポートし、経営層への情報提供を行います。 3）リスク管理と問題解決 プロジェクトにおけるリスクを早期に察知し、リスク軽減策を提案・実行します。 問題が発生した場合には、迅速に対応し、適切な解決策を提供します。 4）プロジェクトマネジメントの標準化と改善 プロジェクトマネジメントの手法やプロセスを標準化し、組織全体での一貫したプロジェクト運営を支援します。 プロジェクト内での業務改善提案を行い、プロジェクトの効率化を推進します。 5）ステークホルダーとの調整 プロジェクトに関わるすべてのステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを円滑に行い、要望や進捗を把握します。 プロジェクトがスムーズに進行できるよう、ステークホルダーとの調整役を担います。 6）プロジェクト管理ツールの導入・活用 プロジェクト管理ツール（例：JIRA、Trello、Microsoft Projectなど）の導入・運用をサポートします。 ツールを用いて、プロジェクトの進捗状況や課題をリアルタイムで把握できるよう管理します。 7）レポーティングと進捗確認 プロジェクトの進捗状況を定期的にレポートし、経営陣や関係部署に対して適切な報告を行います。 問題や遅延が発生した場合、早期に発見し対応策を提案します。 職場の魅力 ・デジタルソリューション本部の本部長は、ファーストリテーリングや日立といった日系企業でプロジェクトを成功させてきたバングラディシュ出身者です。 ・新規ビジネスやオフショア開発など新たな取り組みを本部長がリードしているため、新しい取り組みにチャレンジできる環境です。 ・風通しの良いフラットな組織です。 ・服装規程はなく、カジュアルな服装で働くことができます。 ・在宅勤務は40％以上、有給取得率も70％を超えています。
