ご志向性や適性に応じ下記の業務をお任せします。＜オウンドメディア＞クライアントの、オウンドメディアの幅広い課題に対し、データを用いたシナリオ設計～施策実行を通し、お客様の事業成長のシナリオを実現していただきます。 Webサイトのアクセスログや顧客の属性データ、アンケート回答データなど回収から得たデータを基に分析～改善施策の立案業務を担っていただきます。オウンドメディアを起点としますが、領域をまたいだ幅広いソリューションを提供していくことも可能です。 ※東京拠点の社員紹介ですがご参考までにご一読ください。 https://www.dentsudigital.co.jp/careers/our-people/type04/049(https://www.dentsudigital.co.jp/careers/our-people/type04/049) ＜広告＞広告領域におけるデータ分析業務、AIやテクノロジーを活用したソリューション開発を行う部門でのデータアナリストの募集です。主にマーケティング領域において、クライアント企業のビジネスゴールを理解し、適切なデータ選定、KPI策定、分析設計など「見るべき指標」「業務への活用方法」を提示したうえで、BIツール選定と導入支援を行います。また導入支援時には、その前提となるデータの準備作業（各種データの整備や、データマートの作成、基盤の構築など）もトータルで支援します。具体的には＜オウンドメディア＞・KPI設計や改善シミューレーション、ダッシュボード構築等、クライアントの目標達成に向けたPDCAコンサルの推進及び実行。・GAやAdobeAnalyticsを用いた分析やレポーティング業務。それに対応する計測設計やタグ実装、イベント設定の実施。・オウンドメディアのCVR（コンバージョン率）改善に向けてWEB接客ツール（KARTEなど）やA/Bテストツールを用いた改善施策の立案および実行。・MAツールによる、行動ログ×属性ログを掛け合わせたコミュニケーションシナリオの立案。・定量調査やデプスインタビュー調査による情報をもとにしたターゲットペルソナやCJM開発。上記のような業務領域において、KPI設計、ターゲット設定の戦略工程から、施策実行に至る下流工程までの一連の業務を担当いただく予定で考えております。＜広告＞・企業内外にあるデータや広告データなどを活用したマーケティング戦略立案・データ収集のためのデータフロー構築・分析や意思決定のためのデータ加工から可視化（レポート/ダッシュボード化）・クライアント企業へのデータ基盤活用支援・データを用いた業務効率化のためのツール開発
