データ＆AI部門についてデータ分析とAIを用いて、電通デジタルのソリューションの開発、クライアント対応の高度化、内部業務の効率化を担う専門部隊です。「消費者・生活者の行動を変える」そのためのデータマーケティングやデータ分析を実行し、より消費者に届くクリエイティブの自動生成、チャットソリューションのような新しい体験設計を行っております。 <配属予定部署> 配属部署は、クリエイティブ制作プロセス全般をAIで支援する「∞AI Ads」の開発・運用を通じて、電通デジタルのソリューション高度化と広告運用のイノベーションを推進する専門組織です。募集背景クリエイティブ制作におけるAI活用の急拡大に伴い、新規プロジェクトが増加しています。最先端のAIプロダクトを軸に、デジタル広告業界のイノベーションを共に実現していただける方を募集します。仕事内容本ポジションでは、この「∞AI Ads」を中心としたプロジェクトにおいて、進行管理・企画設計・戦略策定・開発管理までを一貫してリードいただきます。下記のような案件において、最先端の技術とビジネスを繋ぎ、クライアントの広告効果を最大化する役割を担っていただきます。・東京大学との共同研究プロジェクト・MetaやGoogleといったグローバルプラットフォーマーとの共同開発・「∞AI Ads」を用いた新規検証・開発案件業務詳細・AIソリューション開発のプロジェクトマネジメント・案件の進行管理・顧客やステークホルダーとの折衝・顧客への提案や要件定義・契約・受発注等の手続き・要件に応じたテストケース作成・クライアント報告資料作成・外部開発ベンダーやオフショア拠点（モンゴル）への作業依頼およびコミュニケーション技術スタックサーバーサイド：Python フロントエンド：Vue.js ミドルウェア/DB：nginx, Flask, MySQL クラウド：Google Cloud,Aamazon web service コード管理: GitHub CI/CD: GitHub Actions プロジェクト管理: Backlog ドキュメント管理: Confluence, MS Sharepoint コミュニケーション: Slack, Teams 仮想化基盤：Docker
