本ポジションでは、世界最先端の超小型衛星コンステレーションの企画・設計から量産化、運用まで、超小型衛星に関わる総合的なソリューション提供に関する事業開発・営業メンバーを募集しています。 単に衛星を製品として売るのではなく、衛星を核とする通信、IoTデータ収集、画像ソリューション、測位ソリューションの事業開発等を行うため、マーケットニーズの発掘・顧客開拓・ビジネス上の課題整理など、とても重要な業務となります。 IPOを目指す急成長期の宇宙ベンチャーにおける事業開発・営業メンバーとして、海洋デジタル化・海洋状況把握、気候変動対策、さらには月面産業の構築や深宇宙探査など、さまざまな課題解決に大きく貢献し得るポジションです。世界の宇宙ビジネスをともにリードしていきたいという方のご応募をお待ちしています。 【具体的な業務】 経営企画室長/各事業部長の直下で以下の業務を推進していただきます。 ・超小型衛星を活用した新規サービスの事業企画・戦略策定 ・超小型衛星を活用した新規サービスに向けたマーケットリサーチや競合分析、市場動向の把握 ・超小型衛星を活用した新規サービスの実現に向けた顧客開拓、既存顧客との関係構築サポート ・営業資料の作成やプレゼン資料の準備 ・ミーティングやプロジェクトの進行管理、補助 ※新規サービス：衛星通信、リモートセンシング、画像ソリューション等のサービス 【ポジションの魅力】 ・注目の宇宙産業、最先端のDeepTech領域でエンジニアと密に働けること ・海上での安全安心や気候変動など社会課題解決に貢献できること ・グローバルな業務に携われること（アジア・アフリカなどでの事業展開や、NASAなど各国宇宙機関との連携など） 【配属・カルチャー】 配属：経営企画室/事業部門（ソリューション事業部、衛星リモートセンシング事業部等） ・各部　部長1名、マネージャークラス1~3名・事業管理1~2名・エンジニア1~3名 程度 ・年齢構成：30-40代中心(マネージャークラス)、30代中心(担当者クラス) ・マネージャー、事業管理メンバーのバックボーン：官公庁、電機・機械メーカー、宇宙関連企業など 【選考フロー】 書類選考＞1次面接＞2次面接(+適性検査)＞最終面接 【業務の変更の範囲について】 （雇入れ直後）上記業務内容参照 （変更の範囲）会社の定める業務
