【会社概要】当社は、東京大学工学系研究科の研究室に伴走し、大学を中心としたイノベーションを生み出す「エコシステム」を作り、大きく発展させることを目的に2020年2月に設立されました。先端技術の社会実装と、企業の次世代を担う人材やスタートアップ企業の育成を推進し、AI技術を中心とした価値の連鎖を生み出していきたいと考えています。AI分野を中心に先端技術の進展が目覚しく、産業構造の大きな転換期を迎える中で、AI技術が社会にもたらすイノベーション・スパイラルの起点となることを目指しています。 【募集背景】社会が大きな転換期を迎え、最先端の研究成果を社会へ還元することがこれまで以上に強く期待されている中、当社は産業界や行政との一層の連携強化を推進する役割を担っています。現在まさに立ち上げ期にあり、日々先端技術の社会実装の可能性を探っている状況です。今後、先端技術と社会の橋渡しを行い社会実装を加速化し、構想を早期実現すべく、アクセルを踏むフェーズに入ったと考えています。そこで今回AIコンサルタントを追加募集することになりました。 【業務内容】企業に対するヒアリング・課題抽出と提案を中心に、企業とデータサイエンティストの間に立ち、案件化していくポジションです。クライアントの事業戦略を技術戦略に落とし込み、機械学習・深層学習で解決すべき課題を特定する高いコンサルティング能力が求められます。一方、カウンターパートが大企業の幹部になるため、現在コンサルティングファームなどでコンサルタントの方にとっては、若手からパートナークラスの仕事が経験できる上、人工知能技術の最先端に触れ、自らの知識・スキルをハックできます。 【業務内容詳細】・代表と共に企業に課題をヒアリング→スコープ設定→提案
