【会社概要】 当社は、東京大学工学系研究科の研究室に伴走し、大学を中心としたイノベーションを生み出す「エコシステム」を作り、 大きく発展させることを目的に2020年2月に設立されました。 先端技術の社会実装と、企業の次世代を担う人材やスタートアップ企業の育成を推進し、 AI技術を中心とした価値の連鎖を生み出していきたいと考えています。 AI分野を中心に先端技術の進展が目覚しく、産業構造の大きな転換期を迎える中で、 AI技術が社会にもたらすイノベーション・スパイラルの起点となることを目指しています。 【募集背景】 社会が大きな転換期を迎え、最先端の研究成果を社会へ還元することがこれまで以上に強く期待されている中、 当社は産業界や行政との一層の連携強化を推進する役割を担っています。 現在まさに立ち上げ期にあり、日々先端技術の社会実装の可能性を探っている状況です。 今後、先端技術と社会の橋渡しを行い社会実装を加速化し、構想を早期実現すべく、アクセルを踏むフェーズに入ったと考えています。 そこで今回、当研究所の経営企画／新規事業の立ち上げ～ローンチ・事業開発までを担っていただける方を 追加募集することになりました。 将来的には子会社代表（候補）をお願いする可能性もあるポジションとなります。 【業務内容】 中長期の観点から起こりうる産業構造の変化を捉えた上で当研究所が果たすべき役割及び遂行すべき戦略を代表と策定、 その実現のためのあらゆるアクションを一気通貫で牽引いただきたく考えております。 目まぐるしく変わる昨今の情勢の中、先端技術への深い理解のもと、 どのように当研究所がイノベーション・スパイラルの起点となりうるかを構想する 非常にチャレンジングなポジションです。 また、直近では新規事業の一環として画策している産官学に対する技術戦略コンサルティングサービスの立ち上げをリードいただきます。 【業務内容詳細】 ＜経営企画・事業開発＞ ・中長期戦略の策定 ・戦略実現のためのロードマップ策定・リソーシング・立ち上げ ・経営課題の抽出と改善案の提示 ＜技術戦略コンサルティング＞ ・最新技術・社会環境に関する調査分析 ・産官学のトップ層への提言（示唆導出～施策立案）～各種アクションの実行
