Job Summary
自動運転ソフトウェア開発チームにおいて、技術・開発実務の現場を支え、チームが円滑に機能するよう調整・推進する役割を担います。プロジェクトの実行レベルでのリーディング、タスク整理、技術的課題の対応などを通じて、開発の質とスピードの両立を支援します。 主な業務内容： 1. 開発タスクの実行と推進 - 自動運転プラットフォームに関するソフトウェアの設計・実装・検証 - 抽象度の高い課題や要件を理解し、実行可能なタスクへと分解・構造化 - チームメンバーが効率的に取り組めるよう、開発タスクの整理・共有・技術的サポートを実施 2. チーム内外の技術的連携 - チーム横断・領域横断で進行するタスクにおける、関係者との調整・情報整理・進捗管理 - 状況に応じて、必要な技術的ディスカッションのファシリテーションを実施 3. 不具合・課題対応 - 開発中または運用中に発生する不具合の原因調査、再現性確認、修正方針の検討 - チーム内外でのナレッジ共有や技術的改善提案の推進 4. 協力会社との協働 - 協力会社の進捗状況の確認、成果物レビュー、技術的な質疑応答対応 - 必要に応じて、新規タスクの依頼や仕様調整の窓口としての対応を担うCompany Info
