Job Summary
大型トラックによるレベル4自動運転システムの開発において、テストドライバー業務やドライバー教育、車両の改修などを担当していただきます。 試験車両の運転を通じて、自動運転および手動運転での走行試験やデータ収集を行い、試験の結果をもとに、開発チームへ改善点やレポート等にてフィードバックしていただきます。さらに、車両の組立・保守・改造にも関わっていただきます。 また、テストドライバーとして必要なスキルや知識を教える教育・育成も行っていただきます。走行操作、データ分析、課題抽出などを理論と実技の両面から指導し、育成カリキュラムの企画や改善にも携わっていただきます。 - 公道・物流施設内・テストコースでのテストプロトコル の実行 - 運送オペレーション評価項目や基準の策定とその結果レポート - シミュレーターや計測機器の活用支援 - 実験車両のメンテナンス管理及びドライバー管理 - 各実験・検証・評価における各種管理及び体制構築 - 実験・検証・評価の実施管理 - 評価体制の構築 - 安全管理 - 運行管理等 - テストドライバー育成カリキュラムの企画・改善・管理 - 座学研修（車両挙動、評価手法、安全管理など）の実施 - 走行試験の実技指導（一般道・高速・テストコース） - ドライバー評価およびフィードバック - 他部門（開発・品質・安全）との連携 - 上記に付随する各種業務Company Info
