自動運転技術の発展とともに、大規模なデータ処理基盤やAIシステムの高度化が求められています。高度な技術的挑戦を楽しみながら、社会的インパクトの大きい開発に関わりたい方を歓迎します。 MLOps Engineerとして、機械学習モデル開発・運用サイクル構築をリードいただきます。 2025年度中に1ヶ月間に1PB以上の走行データを新規に保存・解析・開発に利用できるクラウド基盤の構築を目指しております。膨大な量のデータから、機械学習用モデル開発に必要となるデータを半自動的に収集し、アノテーションデータの構築までを1週間以内に実現するオペレーションを構築します。クラウドネイティブな最新技術を駆使し、ゼロから大規模システムを構築できます。取り扱うデータは、カメラ、LiDAR、RadarおよびGNSSなどセンサーデータに加え、自動運転システム内部状態など様々な特性・形式を持っております。クラウド上に機械学習用GPU100台以上を運用し効率的な学習基盤を構築します。例えば以下のような業務があります。 - 機械学習モデルの開発・デプロイ・モニタリング基盤の構築・運用・最適化 - 物体検出・Occupancy Prediction・Online HD Mapping・Drivable Area - Estimation・VLM などのモデル開発を支援するデータパイプラインの構築 - 機械学習・AIモデルの学習・評価に適したデータ管理戦略の立案 - アノテーションパイプラインの構築および最適化 - 実験管理の構築および自動化（Weights & Biasesなどの導入、内製開発） - コンテナ化（Docker, Kubernetes）によるスケーラブルなML基盤の構築 - CI/CDパイプラインの設計・運用 - クラウド上での大規模分散学習環境の構築・最適化魅力・やりがい - 自動運転システムの走行データという特殊なデータを扱うことができます。 - 0から新しくシステムの立ち上げに関わることができます。【開発環境】開発言語：TypeScript、Python インフラ：Google Cloud Platform 構成管理：Terraform ソースコード管理：GitHub CI/CD：Github Action、Cloud Run コミュニケーションツール：Slack、Google meet タスク管理：Jira
