事業拡大の背景とともに、経理業務も増えており、強化が必要となりました。現在の経理メンバーとともに、経理チームを率いてくださる方を募集しています。社会的影響の大きなクラウドプロジェクトと生成AIプロダクトの開発と提供で拡大する当社は、上場企業として求められるコーポレートガバナンス及び経営管理体制のさらなる強化が急務となっています。経理部門の組織力向上と、より強固な経理体制を構築するため、チームを牽引していただける経理マネージャーを募集します。プレイングマネージャーとして、経理業務全般の管理・統括をお任せします。メンバーのマネジメントを行いながら、経営陣の意思決定を支える正確かつタイムリーな財務情報の提供をミッションとします。具体的な業務内容： ■ 決算・税務業務・月次、四半期、年次決算業務の統括（単体・連結）・税務申告書作成、税務調査対応 ■ 開示・監査対応・開示資料（決算短信、有価証券報告書、事業報告等）の作成・レビュー・監査法人対応の窓口業務 ■ チームマネジメント・経理メンバーの業務マネジメント、指導・育成・チームの目標設定と進捗管理、業務品質の向上 ■ 業務改善・経理業務フローの構築・改善、効率化の推進・会計システムの運用・改善提案仕事の魅力・上場会社経理の専門知識を深めることができます。・ビジネス上の意思決定や戦略に関わることができる。経営層と業務を推進していただきます。・当社の開発したAIテクノロジーを使って、経理課題を解決することができる。
