東京オフィス移転のお知らせ 2026年04月より東京オフィスを移転いたします。詳細はこちらをご参照ください。私たちMonotaRO(モノタロウ)は、間接資材(オフィス用品、工具、消耗品など)を取り扱うBtoBオンラインストアを運営しています。2025年時点で商品点数は2,400万点超、ご登録ユーザー数は1000万件に達し、間接資材販売のEC(電子商取引）としては日本最大規模のサービスへと成長しています。また現在は韓国、インドネシア、インドへも進出。国内事業で培ったノウハウを最大限活かし、日本発オンラインサービス事業者としてグローバル展開にも注力しています。私たちは、間接資材(オフィス用品、工具、消耗品など)を取り扱う国内最大級のBtoBオンラインストアを運営しています。物流を会社の重要戦略のひとつとし、小型AGV（無人搬送車）や、プロジェクションマッピングによるピッキング等の技術を導入した最先端のロジスティクスセンターを自社で運営しています。当ポジションでは、物流センターの人事労務担当として、従業員がより働きやすい環境の実現等、センターの円滑な運営に必要な施策の立案・推進を行っていただきます。また、正社員・アルバイトスタッフ・派遣社員など様々な雇用形態の社員が所属する物流センターでは、様々な人事労務課題が生じます。現場へのヒアリングや本社管理部門との議論を経て問題を特定し、解決へと導いていただきます。高いコミュニケーション能力とハンズオンのアプローチ、これまでの人事労務領域でのご経験を活かし、将来的にはグループのマネージャーとしてご活躍いただくことを期待しています。
