募集背景直近1年でコンパウンドスタートアップとして新規プロダクトを複数ローンチし、事業をより拡大していく予定です。そのためにはまだまだ共に船をつくる仲間が必要で、来期以降も多くの採用を計画しています。一方で、その中心を担っていただけるメンバーが足りない状況で、募集することとなりました。業務内容採用戦略の立案と実行事業計画に基づいた採用計画の策定から、ターゲット人材の定義、最適な採用チャネルの選定、選考プロセスの設計まで、一貫して担当いただき、人員計画の達成にオーナーシップを持っていただきます。ダイレクトリクルーティングのリードエージェントリレーションの構築・強化 HiringMgrとのコミュニケーションとプロジェクトオーナー採用広報の企画と実行当社の魅力を最大限に引き出し、候補者に響く採用ブランディングを構築します。ブログ、SNS、イベントなど、様々な媒体を活用して当社のストーリーを発信してください。候補者体験の設計・向上応募から入社まで、候補者にとって最高の体験を提供できるよう、選考プロセス全体のデザインと改善を行います。入社後フォローアップまで入り込んでいただき、候補者が良い状態でキャッチアップするまでフォローアップいただきます。データに基づいた採用活動の改善採用データを分析し、ボトルネックを特定。常にPDCAを回し、採用活動の最適化を図ります。具体的にお願いしたい業務担当ポジションの採用達成に向けた活動全般のオーナーシップ採用広報や採用オペレーション改善 AIを活用した採用活動のアップデート（将来的に）メンバーマネジメントと人員計画の立案
