事業概要 SHIFT AIは「日本をAI先進国に」をミッションに、AIのビジネス活用を学べるAI大学「SHIFT AI」の運営を中心に、AIに関する情報発信、教育、活用支援の3つの軸で日本のAI推進を加速するインフラづくりを行っています。［ご参考］会社紹介資料(https://speakerdeck.com/shiftai/shift-ai-hui-she-shao-jie-zi-liao) 募集背景 SHIFT AIでは法人向けリード獲得やブランディングを目的とした広告出稿・サイト改善のニーズが高まっています。戦略的に運用成果を出していくための体制強化を進めており、広告運用〜分析改善を一気通貫でリードできるデジタルマーケティング担当を募集します。業務内容広告運用戦略の立案から代理店ディレクション含め、効果分析・改善までをご担当いただきます。＜具体的な業務＞各種広告媒体（Google、Meta、X等）における出稿計画立案代理店との連携、KPI進捗管理、改善ディレクション LP・バナー等の制作進行（簡易な修正依頼含む） Google Analyticsや広告レポートを用いた効果分析 MA/CRMツールと連携したナーチャリング施策の改善提案 WPの作成、ディレクションポジションの魅力リード獲得が売上に直結するため、成果が数値で明確に見える環境新しい広告チャネルや生成AIを活用したマーケティング施策にも挑戦可能事業責任者と直接連携し、戦略決定にも関われる裁量の大きさこんな方と働きたい「日本をAI先進国に」というミッションに共感いただける方フルリモート環境下でチームとのコミュニケーションを大切にし、情報共有できる方生成AIへの興味・関心顧客に価値を届けるために自チームのみならず、関連するステークホルダーへ結果責任を共有できる方他責にしたり、できない理由を探すのではなく、どうやったら実現できるかを常に考え続けられる方スピード感や大きな変化を楽しみながら働ける方
