職務内容国内最大級のAI姿勢分析SaaS『シセイカルテ』や、店舗管理および生産性向上の『マルチカルテ』、スタッフの接客力/営業力を大きく底上げするAIプロダクト『カルティ セールス』や『カルティ ロープレ』などのセールスをお任せいたします。プロダクトの一つであるシセイカルテは、整体や接骨院などの治療院やフィットネス業界をはじめとしたヘルスケア領域に展開し、健康寿命の延伸とBtoCコミュニケーションの最適化を加速させていきます。私たちが対象とするマーケットは全国約28万店舗あると推定されており、非常に大きな成長性を秘めています。直近では「カルティ ロープレ」も急成長しており、営業や接客における実践的な教育に使用していただくケースが急増しています。生成AIを活用したプロダクトのセールスもご担当いただきます。クライアントの売り上げを伸ばすために最適な手法を一から考え、高い裁量権とオーナーシップを持ってご提案いただくことが可能です。 ■具体的な主な業務 ・インサイドセールスから提供されたアポイントへの商談/クロージング/オンボーディング ・業界や競合調査による、提案内容のブラッシュアップ ・プロダクト開発に伴う、クライアントへのニーズヒアリング ・顧客の売上最大化に向けたプランニング ・数値を元に社内のメンバーと改善、顧客提案 ・培った知見の積極的な社内共有Company Info
