製造領域に特化した転職支援・採用支援サービス「ミルクル」において営業企画を担っていただきます。 ミルクルは、当社の事業戦略において極めて重要な位置づけにある新規事業であり、2024年夏にサービスを開始しました。2025年9月現在、立ち上げ期を終えて、求職者・企業双方の利用が急速に増加し、まさに成長フェーズに突入しています。このダイナミックなフェーズに加わり、共にサービスと組織を育ててくださる方を歓迎します。新しい価値を共に生み出し、産業の未来を支える一翼を担っていただけることを期待しています。 具体的には以下のような業務に携わっていただきます。 【お任せしたい業務内容】 ・セールスチームを構成するメンバーのマネジメントやパフォーマンス改善 ・営業ツールを用いてのリサーチ、データ整備、ツール運用など ・新規顧客/見込み顧客に対して、メールや電話などを用いたアプローチおよびナーチャリングの実施 ・顧客との商談日程調整をはじめとしたやり取り 上記のような業務に携わっていただきつつ、志向性に合わせて下記のような業務もお任せしていきたく考えております。 【近い将来お任せしたい業務内容】 ・営業組織のKPI見える化、データ分析の実行 ・SFA/BI/CRMツールでの管理項目設計、管理手法のアップデート ・上記ツールの選定、実装 ・商談獲得新規チャネル施策の立案と実行などCompany Info
