Job Summary
職務内容 製造現場へのロボット導入・高度化を支える役割として、ロボットの動作制御、センサ統合、知能化に関する研究開発から現場実装までを担います。Isaac SimやROS2を用いたロボットシミュレーションやsim2real技術の検証、各種モーター制御技術の開発に取り組みます。また、一般的な協働ロボットをはじめ、ヒューマノイドを含むさまざまなロボットの現場適用に向けた機能設計・調整・実装を行います。物理空間で知能が機能する「Physical AI」の実現に向け、制御・知覚・学習を融合させたシステムの構築を目指します。 応募資格（必須） ROSの実務経験 応募資格（歓迎） ロボットの導入や運用経験 求める人物像 ・技術力をもっと上げたい、技術の幅を拡げたい ・ベンチャー企業で会社と一緒に成長したい ・世の中を支える価値のある仕事をしたい 賃金 年収 500〜1000万円 ※年収はスキルと経験により変動します ■給与補足 ・固定残業代：45時間分を含みます ・月給制：年収の12分割した金額と月給として支給します 勤務時間 （所定労働時間8時間）フレックスタイム制（コアタイム:13:00～15:00） 昇給・賞与 ■賞与：業績と評価に応じて支給する場合があります ■昇給：年1-2回（評価に応じて定められます） 諸手当 ■書籍購入補助 ■交通費支給（上限：5万円/月） ■引っ越し補助 休日・休暇 ■完全週休2日制（土・日／社内カレンダーに準ずる）年間休日125日 ■祝日：夏季休暇・年末年始休暇・有給休暇・慶弔休暇・特別休暇 福利厚生 ■社会保険完備 ■リモートワーク制度ありCompany Info
