ポジション概要/役割： 半導体検査装置（電子顕微鏡）の物理計算、機械設計、真空設計、構造計算、試作評価、製品化の全般を行い開発を牽引していくポジションです。 業務内容： ▼業務内容について 半導体製造のキーとなるフォトマスク・EUVマスクの検査装置（CD-SEM)の開発業務です。 当社のCD-SEMは業界トップシェアを誇りワールドワイドで、ワールドワイドで半導体製造メーカーに使っていただいております。 具体的に担当いただきたいのは装置の最重要ユニットである電子ビームカラム（鏡筒）の開発業務全般となります。 電子光学系のシミュレータと駆使しての物理計算、真空・構造解析ツールを用いての機械設計といった設計業務だけでなく、 試作・製品の評価とその評価結果解析業務や社内製造部門や保守部門との折衝・顧客対応など製品化の全般にかかわっていただきます。 ・専用の光学シミュレータを使用しての光学デザイン ・3DCADを使用したカラム機械設計 ・試作・評価・レビュー、製品化の業務全般 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務Company Info
