業務概要：ATEシステム本体生産に関する業務を担当して頂きます。 業務内容：下記業務をご担当いただきます。 ・新製品の立ち上げに関わり、生産協力会社へ製造方法を技術指導する業務。 ・製造工程内でのトラブル対応と生産進捗管理に関する業務。 ・製品の総合試験工程における生産性向上に関する業務。 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 当ポジションのやりがい ・お客様に出荷するテスタをお客様の要求するQCDで作り上げるやりがいと達成感を職場内や関係部門で共有できる職場です。 ・未経験者の方もエキスパートからのトレーニングやOJTを通じて、主力製品のATEテスタの本体生産工程（ケーブリング、装置立ち上げ、システム試験・etc）の必要な知識・技術が習得可能です。これを通して更なる活動の幅を拡げるチャンスがある職場です。 ・社内だけでなく、外部委託生産活動を通じて社外とのコミュニケーションの幅を拡げる事ができ、社内外の様々な人脈形成を通じて成長が実感できる職場です。Company Info
