※当ポジションへご応募いただく方は、日本語/英語表記の応募書類を提出願います。日本語/英語それぞれの書式でも問題ございません。 ※WEB二次面接とWEＢ最終面接は海外メンバや役員との英語面接を実施します。ほか1on1の英語面接などが追加される可能性がございます。 ※状況により、追加の課題などご依頼させていただく場合がございます。 業務概要： 組織全体のEnd-to-Endの在庫管理プロセスの構築及び、最適化を行う責任を担います。 この役割は、ビジネス目標、業務の実行、システムの機能との整合性を確保し、Inventory Managementにおける継続的な改善、標準化、効率化を推進します。 基本的な業務内容は以下の通りです。 ・ 原材料、中間品、完成品の在庫に関するEnd-to-Endの在庫管理プロセスを設計し、売上の最大化と過剰・陳腐化在庫（E&O）の最小化を実現する。 ・ 業務プロセスが事業の成長および戦略的目標に沿って運用されることを確保する。 ・ 関連部門との連携を通じて在庫管理に関わる業務の効率化を図る。 ・ 関係者との合意に基づき、リスクと機会を考慮したバッファ在庫の維持・調整プロセスを構築する。 ・ 業務改革・デジタル変革（BPR&DX）チームと連携し、在庫管理プロセスを効果的かつ効率的に実行するためのツールを提供する。 ・ 関係者からのフィードバックを収集し、データを分析して課題を特定し、在庫管理プロセスの改善策を提案する。 ・ 在庫管理に関するプロセス、ポリシー、手順を定義・文書化し、維持する。 ・ 在庫パフォーマンスを測定するためのKPIおよび指標を定義する。 ・ データを分析し、意思決定のためのインプットを経営層に提供する。 ・ 在庫管理の実務が社内統制、監査要件、法令基準に準拠していることを確保する。 ・ 在庫関連プロジェクトを管理し、関係部門とのコミュニケーションと協働を促進して継続的に在庫管理プロセスを改善する。 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務Company Info
