住宅用の樹脂サッシ・マンション・商業施設向けの玄関ドアを生産している一関工場で、社内のデジタルインフラ担当者として活躍いただける仲間を募集しております。 担当業務 一関工場において良質かつ経済的な生産を行っていくことを目標に、デジタルインフラの企画～整備までを一貫して担当いただきます。 ・生産の受発注に関わる基幹システム周辺のアプリケーション開発（企画→開発→リリース） ・サブシステムの維持、メンテナンス、改善 ・ペーパーレス化に向けたDX化活動 ・AI技術を用いた生産ラインの改善（製品の傷の有無を確認するAIや板材の本数をカウントするAIなど） 【入社後すぐにやっていただきたい業務】 ・現在使用しているツールを、クラウドツールへ移行すること（GCPへ） ・工場内のDX化に向けたプロジェクトを数件担当いただく 【参考】 メイン言語：VB, Python,Ｃ言語 【魅力点】 ・生産ラインだけではなく間接部門からの課題をヒアリングし、ニーズ把握から解決まで一気通貫で担当することで、工場全体の課題解決をすることができます！（生産ラインや間接部門と密にコミュニケーションを取ることができます） ・工場内の小規模なプロジェクトから、本社と共同して行うプロジェクトまで、IT担当として関わる機会があるため成長できる環境があります。 (変更の範囲)適正に応じて、会社の定める業務へ変更を行うことがある 組織概要 募集会社：株式会社 一関LIXIL製作所（一関工場） 一関工場は1985年に設立し、一関市で一番大きな工場として稼働を続けております。また20代～50代まで幅広い年代の従業員が在籍しており、20代の若手も活躍しております。 主な生産品目…金属サイディング・部材・窓サッシ・家のエントランス製品・マンションドアなどCompany Info
