【募集背景】 当社は中期経営計画「Grow UP 2026」における一つの目標「事業ポートフォリオの強靭化」に向けた方針「イノベーションによる新しい価値の創造」の施策として、ライフサイエンス系テーマ（抗体医薬等）・事業の取組みを強く推進しております。抗体医薬への取組みとして、2,000Lシングルユース培養槽を保有する株式会社カルティベクスを中心に抗体医薬受託製造事業を進めており、本事業を推進していく上で重要となる品質保証・管理業務を担っていただく人材を求めております。 【業務内容】 ■ バイオ医薬品の製造における品質保証業務 （医薬品品質管理システムの構築、メンテナンス及び運用） -手順書の作成及び照査 -製造記録・試験検査記録の照査 -原材料供給業者、設備点検校正業者及び外部委託業者に対する監査 -品質イベントに対する処置（変更管理、逸脱管理、是正措置・予防措置等） -教育訓練の実施、管理 -文書管理 -自己点検 等Company Info
