【募集背景】 当社は中期経営計画「Grow UP 2026」における一つの目標「事業ポートフォリオの強靭化」に向けた方針「イノベーションによる新しい価値の創造」の施策として、ライフサイエンス系テーマ（抗体医薬等）・事業の取組みを強く推進しております。抗体医薬への取組みとして、2,000Lシングルユース培養槽を保有する株式会社カルティベクスを中心に抗体医薬受託製造事業を進めており、本事業を推進していく上で重要となる品質管理業務を担っていただく人材を求めております。 【業務内容】 ■バイオ医薬品製造における品質管理業務 -文書類（管理手順を含む標準操作手順書（SOP)、試験計画書、試験記録、試験報告書等）の作成 -GMP管理記録書類（変更管理、逸脱管理、OOS）の作成 -各種試験の実施（原材料の受け入れ試験、工程管理試験、出荷試験、安定性試験、環境モニタリングなど） -各種試験における分析法の構築、試験方法の確立及び検証（バリデーション） など 【勤務形態】正社員 【応募資格】 ■4年制大学卒業以上 ■必須条件 - 医薬品の品質管理業務（原材料試験や製品試験）の実務経験 - 分析化学及び生化学（タンパク質の分析）に関する実務経験 -医薬品GMP管理に関する実務経験 - GMP管理手順を含む標準操作手順（SOP）等の作成経験 ■歓迎条件 - キャピラリ電気泳動装置、HPLC等分析機器の操作又は管理（点検等）に関する知識 - 微生物（細菌、真菌）の取扱い - 細胞培養（動物細胞など）の取扱い - 英文（技術資料等）読解Company Info
