●言語学や日本語文法、ルールベース等の複数アプローチを組み合せ独自技術開発を目指す機械に日本語の意味を理解させるにはDeep Learningだけでなく、日本語文法やルールベースなど多方面からのアプローチを組み合わせることが必要だと我々は考えています。処理がブラックボックス化してしまうDeep Learningに頼るのではなく、自然言語を意味の欠落が少なく処理をしやすい独自フォーマットフォーマットへ正規化し、各種タスクを実行していくという方針をかかげ現在独自フォーマットの設計を行っています。 ●集合天才を目指すエンジニア組織技術トレンドを論文ベースで追いかけているなど、分野ごとにテクノロジーの最新動向に敏感なスペシャリストが多数在籍しています。そういったエンジニアたちが立場や案件の壁を超え、お互いが困っていることや迷っていることについてフラットに議論やアドバイスをしあう姿を日常的に目にすることができます。「10分考えてわからないことは人に聞く」というフレーズが合言葉になっているくらい、それぞれの案件や研究で直面した課題に対し、組織全体で向き合うことを会社が推奨しています。今のAIに言葉の意味を理解している人間と同等の処理を求めるには、細かく分けられたタスクごとに非常に大きなコストをかける必要があり、かつ、細分化されたタスクに対しては非常に高い性能を発揮する一方で柔軟さに欠けているという側面があります。そこで私たちは、あらゆる課題を現実的なコストの中で解決できる開発プロセスを求め、部分的なカスタマイズで、より多くの課題に対応できるより柔軟なAIの構築に取り組んでいます。そのための第一歩として自然言語処理の研究に力を入れており、今回はその自然言語処理の研究メンバーの募集です。【実際にお任せしたい仕事】・自然言語処理のアルゴリズム検討・実装
