会社概要 栗田工業（クリタグループ）は1949年にボイラの水処理薬品事業により創立し、企業理念「"水"を究め、自然と人間が調和した豊かな環境を創造する」のもと、一貫して水処理に関する技術とノウハウを蓄積してきました。 「水処理薬品、水処理装置、メンテナンス・サービスという他社にない事業構成」「“技術立社”を掲げた高度な研究開発力」「日本全国および世界に広がるネットワーク」といった経営資源を活かし、幅広く水処理のソリューションを提供することで、さまざまな業種のお客様に対して“生産性向上”、“環境負荷低減”、“省エネルギー”といった価値を提供しています。 仕事内容 ■配属先 経営管理本部 経理部 Global Accounting Office ■部門、チームのミッション 当社グループ海外子会社の決算、財務経理、及び内部統制の支援や管理を通じて強化しガバナンス向上を図り、財務報告の信頼性を確保する。 M&Aなど海外投資案件における会計的見地からの分析実施。 ■業務内容 ・海外事業会社を複数担当し、決算・財務経理の指導・支援を行う。課題を見つけ、改善につなげる。 ・内部統制の強化に努めながら、正確な財務報告を担保する。 ・海外事業会社の経理チームと月次、年次の会議を企画、開催する。 ・M&A等のプロジェクトにおける会計的見地からの分析やその後の経理体制整備（PMI） ■やりがい ・クリタグループの会計を担う中核人材として、グループの会計基盤構築やグループ戦略展開に関与することが出来る。 ・グローバルに国内外グループ会社の担当者や外部専門家とのコミュニケーションをとり、M&Aなど各種プロジェクトをダイナミックに遂行することができる。 ■期待すること ・グループ会計ポリシーの整備及び浸透。 ・海外子会社の会計及び内部統制の問題点の把握及び改善 ・課内及び海事会社メンバーをリード、巻き込み、プロジェクト含む業務推進をすることCompany Info
