世界トップシェアの製品を多数有する 世界最大級の特殊鋼メーカー ・特殊鋼鋼材、電子・磁性材料、自動車・産業機械部品 ・新素材（チタン、ニッケルチタン合金） ・各種工業炉、環境関連装置の製造・販売 募集背景 当社は群馬県の渋川工場を中心に航空宇宙業界向け製品の製造を行い、航空機業界発展を支え続けてまいりました。昨今の品質保証要求レベルが上がってきていることや、生産体制の改革によって、星崎工場でもこの分野の品質保証の重要性が高まり、より当社の品質保証体制強化が必要不可欠となっております。当社の品質保証体制向上に向けて貢献いただくことを期待します。 仕事内容 航空機・エネルギー分野に使用される高機能材料（スーパーアロイ等）の検査業務の統括補佐をお任せします。 ◆非破壊検査を中心とした特殊検査工程の管理 ◆顧客対応（製品検査・品質報告・仕様検討・監査対応） ◆検査員の育成・資格管理 ◆品質確認・保証業務の補佐 ◆各種改善、検査手法の効率化・標準化 働き方 ◆年間休日127日 ◆残業平均20時間/月 ◆土日休み 入社後、当社渋川工場（航空宇宙分野で先駆け工場）にて非破壊検査支援業務（統括補佐業務）を2～3年経験いただきます。 ※期間は習熟度による ※既婚・単身者に限り月に１度帰省手当の支給ありCompany Info
