選考フロー 【書類選考】 履歴書と職務経歴書と面談確認票(人材紹介会社様経由の方必須)をご提出頂きます。 過去のご経験と応募求人のマッチング度合いを検討させて頂きます。 出来るだけ詳細な職務経歴書のご記載をお願いいたします。 【一次面接（オンライン）】 頂いた職務経歴書を基に、これまでの実務経験を中心にお話をお伺いします。 面接ではZOOMを使用しますので、通信環境の良い場所でアクセスお願いいたします。 ※1次面接選考通過された方には適性検査（WEB）も実施を予定しています。 【最終面接（対面）】 頂いた職務経歴書を基に、実務経験に加え、 志望理由やキャリアビジョンなどを中心にお話をお伺いします。 【内定】 内定受諾頂きましたら入社前説明会（オンライン）のご案内をさせていただきます。 当日は入社に関わる諸手続きやツムラの制度などについてご説明させていただきます。 仕事内容 製造所（工場）の品質管理に関する業務としては、原料の入り口から製品の出口までの様々な場面で、製品品質に関わる業務 ①さまざまな品質試験（Quality Control）の実施。 ②製造および試験が適切に実施されていることを保証（Quality Assurance）する業務。 ③供給者（Supplier）を品質および契約の観点で管理する業務。 ④新たな構造設備や新技術を開発した部門から工場などへの移転（Transfer）をレギュレーションの観点で確認し、技術移転を円滑化する業務等Company Info
