OTC医薬品・医薬部外品の商品開発担当者（※リニューアル案件を含む） OTC医薬品・医薬部外品の商品開発担当として、新製品開発およびリニューアル案件の企画推進をお任せします。当社では、自社ブランドの承認書を保有しながら、OEM／委託先との協働による開発・製造体制を採っています。 市場の変化やお客様の声を踏まえ、漢方の知恵を現代のライフスタイルに合った形で届けるため、以下のような業務を担当していただきます。 ・市場動向・生活者インサイトを踏まえた新商品企画立案 ・既存製品のリニューアル企画（処方・剤形・パッケージなど） ・OEMメーカー、資材メーカー、社内外関係者との連携・折衝 ・開発スケジュール管理、試作・評価・承認申請に関する調整業務 ・販売戦略と連動したブランド構築・プロジェクト推進 商品が市場に届くまでの一連のプロセスをリードし、開発の中核を担っていただきます。 わたしたちのミッションは、お客様がどこでも自分の心と身体の状態に合ったOTC漢方薬を購入でき、一人ひとりのWell-beingに貢献することです。このポジションでは、、OTC医薬品・医薬部外品（経口剤）の新製品企画・開発を通じて、まさにそのミッションを実現できます。 製品企画から上市までの全プロセスに関わり、自らアイデアを形にする裁量があり、OEM委託先や社内の薬事・営業・製造部門と連携しながら、お客様の健康に直接影響する製品を生み出すやりがいがあります。 経験者が少ない領域だからこそ、主体的に学び、柔軟に課題解決できる方の挑戦を歓迎します。Company Info
