【ミッション】 当社法務部のミッションは、Global Headquarterとして、米州、欧州、中国、東南アジア・太平洋、日韓台の5地域統括法務および各社法務の指導監督やこれらのとの協働を通じ、以下の業務を遂行することです。 [事業支援]　各事業部門における商取引、契約交渉、M&A、紛争、クライシスなど、幅広い種々の案件において、単なる法的アドバイスにととまらず、社内にある多くの情報を掘り起し、問題の本質を見抜いたうえで、法律、特許、会計、税務等の総合的な視点からリスクアセスメント、マネージメント案を策定し、その実施を支援すること。 [コンプライアンス]　グループコンプライアンス体制の構築・強化、教育・研修等の運営。 [ガバナンス]　株主総会、取締役会などの重要社内機関の事務局運営および上場規則等の順守確保 【仕事内容】 （雇入れ直後） 事業支援担当責任者として、割り当てられた事業部門における商取引、契約交渉、M&A、紛争、クライシスなど、幅広い種々の案件の担当、後輩・部下の指導をいただきます。北米、南米、欧州、中国、東南アジア・太平洋、日韓台の６地域統括法務および各社法務の指導監督やこれらのとの協働も担当業務内容に含まれます。 [具体業務例]契約書（英文契約含む）の審査・作成・交渉、法令・契約の解釈　Project（合弁、M&A、提携、共同開発など）、各種紛争への対応（契約上のトラブル、品質問題など）、取引先の倒産・工場事故・その他クライシス対応、法令遵守を含むコンプライアンス体制の確立・推進、社内教育　等 （変更の範囲）会社の定める業務
