＜配属部署のミッション＞ 国内外製造拠点の製造プラントにおいて、設備設計、建設、保全業務を推進し、当社および当社グループ会社の企業競争力を高め、住友化学グループの収益向上に貢献する。 ＜本ポジションの位置づけ＞ 実務担当者として、プラントエンジニアリング業務を実施するポジション。将来的には部下を率いて、プラント基本構想、基本計画から設計、建設業務(主にFeedからEPC)および保全業務を推進する。 ＜募集の背景＞ 愛媛工場は事業のポートフォリオの高度化を目指して、半導体関連製品など成長分野に軸足を移すために、抜本的な構造改革を推進している。新設プラントを戦略的に建設すると共に、既存プラントの維持管理と合理化による競争力強化を推進し、構造改革を軌道に乗せるために、経験豊富なエンジニアが必要である。 ＜職務内容＞ (ご入社直後) ・愛媛工場における既存製造プラントの電気保全業務 ・愛媛工場における、既存製造プラントの増改造に関する電気設計および建設業務 (変更の範囲) 会社の定める業務 ＜本ポジションのやりがい＞ 愛媛工場はグループ会社で発電した電力にてプラントや厚生設備等を運転、維持管理している。よって、プラントに関わる電源設備だけでなく、特高変電所や発電所に関わる設備についてのエンジニアリング業務に携わることができる。また、高信頼性プラントを指向し、AIやIoT関連の技術の導入も実行することになる。 ＜キャリアパス（例）＞ 入社後は、自身で設計・建設したプラントの合理化やメンテナンス業務を経験することで、設備管理や工場運営に関するスキルを習得。将来的には設備管理部門の責任者として工場経営に参画いただくことも可能です。また、高度な専門知識を有する技術者として、全社のエンジニアリング業務の最適化を推進し、技術戦略をリードする責任者を目指すことも可能です。
