Job Summary

＜配属部署のミッション＞ 1. 研究所内で合成された新規化合物等の植物病害に対する効力評価を行い、化合物の活性強度や作用特性、作用機作等を評価します。有機合成を行う他の研究者と共同で新規開発化合物の探索研究を主導します。 2. 既に見出された開発化合物について、主に海外子会社の研究開発要員、海外の受託会社等と綿密にコミュニケーションを取りつつ、現地での適用研究を進めます。その一環として研究の対外発表なども英語で実施します。 ＜部署のミッションにおけるポジションの位置づけ＞ テーマリーダーの下で研究員として自身の業務を遂行しつつ、場合によっては入社1-5年目くらいの若手社員の教育、サポートもお願いすることになります。 ＜募集の背景＞ 当社では有望な殺菌剤開発化合物が複数あり、特に南米において殺菌剤のビジネスが急成長していることから「配属部署のミッション」に記載した2.の海外開発に関わっていただける殺菌剤研究者の増員を計画しています。また、ビジネスの継続的な成長のために1.にも力を入れています。 ＜職務内容＞ ・新規化合物の各種植物病害に対する活性強度、作用特性等の評価（in vitroおよびin vivo) ・開発中の殺菌剤の各種植物病害に対する活性強度、作用特性等の評価（in vitroおよびin vivo) ・農業用殺菌剤の生物評価のための技術、基盤の構築 ・上記のいずれかの項目で得られた成果についての社内外での議論、発表等（英語での議論、発表等を含む） ＜仕事のやりがい＞ 近年、高い成果を上げている研究室のメンバーとして働くことで知識、スキルの向上が期待できます。また、日本国内にとどまらず国際的な学会等で発表を行う機会も期待できます。 ＜キャリアパス＞ 研究所での殺菌剤研究の中心メンバーとなっていただけることを期待しています。将来的には東京本社での開発、マーケティング業務などへの携わっていただくことも可能です。
