Job Summary

【お任せする業務】 ターゲットは、人による整列作業、組付け作業の自働化です。人の目に代わるビジョンカメラと人の手に代わるロボットを融合させたピッキング装置開発を担当していただきます。 市販の高価なシステムではなく、安価な機器を活用したピッキング装置の開発を進めます。 システム設計、処理プログラミング、制御開発、検証トライ等、設計検討〜評価まで一連の業務を実施できます。 また最終的には量産ラインへの導入を行い、各生産工場へ展開も進めます。 ●具体的には ロボットを活用したピッキング装置の開発 　・2D、3Dの各種画像処理プログラム制作 　・カメラ‐ロボット‐PLCの制御プログラム制作 　　（キャリブレーション、各種認識処理、通信制御処理） ●使用言語、環境、ツール等 Ubuntu（LINUX）、C++、OpenCV、MATLAB AI処理PC保有、各種ロボット保有、ロボット評価用実機検証エリア保有 【組織のミッション】 ●ものづくり革新部 　・私たちは、“スマートファクトリー”の実現でものづくりの未来を革新します。 　　生産革新により”ものづくり”の場を変革し、誰もが安心・快適に働ける生産現場を提供します。 ●自働化技術室 　・私たちは世界トップクラスの自働化技術を研究開発し、確実な号口導入により安心・快適に働ける生産現場を提供します。 【募集背景】 生産技術革新により持続可能な社会づくりの促進に貢献するため、アイシンでは止まらない工場、タイムリーかつリーンな自律生産の実現を目指し、各生産工場のスマートファクトリー化に向けた技術開発に取り組んでいます。 実現に向けて、工場内の生産をデジタル化、自働化していくことが課題です。 わたしたちの部署では、工場内の人の作業（運搬、整列、組付けなど）を自働化するための技術開発に取り組んでいます。 【キャリアパス】 数年後には、自ら自働化技術開発のテーマを企画・立案していくリーダーとして部下数名をけん引し、更なる超高速・高効率・無人化を追求した設備の具現化に向けた開発を担っていただけることを期待しています。
